2021-25 Ford F-150 (5.0 4V) ProCharger HO Intercooled System with P-1SC-1
2021-25 Ford F-150 (5.0 4V) High Output Intercooled System with P-1SC-1
BOLT ON 80%+ MORE POWER TO YOUR F-150
With the launch of the impressive 2021+ F-150, we jumped at the opportunity to develop top-tier ProCharger superchargers for these V8 titans, achieving a remarkable 70-80%+ increase in horsepower for the stock 5.0L F-150! For those who selected the 4WD option, the enhanced traction from all four wheels allows you to fully utilize this supercharged F-150 power.
ProCharger systems are crafted to deliver significant power enhancements while ensuring dependable performance over the years. These kits feature air-to-air intercooling, which provides the coolest charge air compared to other supercharging methods, and a mounting location that resists heat soak. Installation is quick and straightforward, requiring only basic hand tools; no permanent modifications or cutting are needed. The brackets, compressor wheels, and gearboxes are made from CNC billet for maximum durability, and the kit includes lightweight aluminum tubing and silicone couplers.
Both the HO and Stage II systems utilize 100% CNC billet aluminum brackets, along with robust tensioners and crank supports. The HO system is designed to support high horsepower in street applications, while the Stage II, available in 8- or 10-rib configurations, has proven its worth by boosting 7-second Coyote Mustangs and achieving multiple records and championships. (These brackets have been adapted for the new 2023 F150.)
The new F150s come equipped with an outstanding transmission that pairs perfectly with a ProCharger, featuring 10 gears (6 of which are non-overdrive) and a powerful 4.69 first gear. The ProCharger not only boosts torque off the line but also fits seamlessly within the engine’s power band, thanks to the 6 non-overdriven gears.
HO – SHARED DRIVE SYSTEM
- 10 psi boost with P-1X or P-1SC-1
- Gain 70-75% more HP
- Uses factory 6-rib shared drive
- Uses factory airbox
- 3-core air-to-air intercooler
- ProFlow blow-off valve
2015+ models require aerodynamic grill shutter removal and/or trimming
Works with dual battery; dual alternator requires removing one alternator
ECM code required on hand held programmer applications
The computer code on the 2004+ F-150s should be located on the ECU under the hood on the passenger side near the firewall. You may need to remove a plastic covering to find the computer module and the white sticker with the code. It is a 4 character code with 3 letters and 1 number (Code is not P221).
